PERMITTEE STATES THAT THE DOG(S) USING THE PIERMONT COMMUNITY DOG RUN HAS/HAVE ALL VACCINATIONS AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

 

Permittee must comply with all applicable local laws, rules and regulations. See PCDR Rules.
 

DEFENSE/INDEMNITY HOLD/HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I/We accept full responsibility for any act of my dog using the Piermont Community Dog Run, and agree to make restitution for any damage to Village of Piermont property.

 

Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I/We hereby agree to defend and indemnify, release and hold harmless the Village of Piermont, its trustees, officers, employees, agents and Dog Run membership and maintenance volunteers from any and all loss, liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of actions whatsoever arising out of any loss, damage or injury that may occur as a result of the Permittee's use of the Piermont Community Dog Run requested herein, including without being limited reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, and Permittee agrees to agrees to resist or defend such action or proceeding by counsel reasonably satisfactory to the Village of Piermont. Counsel for Permittee's insurance carrier shall be deemed satisfactory.
